Counsel for the complainant filed memo as mentioned infra:

“It is submitted that the complainant is in receipt of DD for Rs.6,000/- dated 08-10-12 drawn on Canara Bank.  With the receipt of this amount my claim is fully satisfied.  This may please be recorded”.

In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum without costs.
