ORDER

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 24.10.2019. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. We transpired from the record that present matter pertains to current account vide account no. 2379201008514 maintained by complainant in OPs Bank as per the settled law current account transaction comes under the commercial transaction. Hence this Commission has no jurisdiction. Hence the complaint is dismissed limine with liberty to file afresh before appropriate court. Limitation, if any, be condoned in the interest of justice. Let original record be returned to the complainant after retaining the copy of the same for record. File be consigned to record room.
