Complainant is absent. Complaint is filed claiming Rs.95,000/- from the opposite party. According to the complainant the opposite party provided him the facility of cancard on the basis of which he could purchase articles from certain persons and institutions recognised by the opposite party. The opposite party has withdrawn the facility of cancard without notice to him and thereby he suffered damages. He has claimed total compensation of Rs.95,000/-. The case is posted to today to hear on the question whether or not the complaint involves a consumer dispute. Complainant has not chosen to appear before the Forum and make his submissions.
