ORDER

          Case was taken up in Lok Adalat. The case has been settled.           Mr. A.K. Sinha, Manager for OP has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have agreed on the rate of interest calculated and the rate revised as per the RBI guidelines for base rate with variance as per sanction terms and conditions and the instalments will be recovered accordingly as per Annexure-1 &II,  as full and final settlement.  Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands settled.
