ORDERS ON MAINTAINABILITY

1. This complaint is filed by the complainant in person (blind) for a direction to the opposite party to sanction maximum housing loan to him.
2. The complainant alleged in his complaint that he is having vacant site he wanted to construct the house for his personal use and then he has approached the opposite party for loan of Rs.5,00,000/-.  The opposite party officials failed to provide him housing loan stating that he is not capable of repaying the loan if sanctioned.  With this allegation, the complainant come up with this complaint alleging deficiency in service on the part of opposite party.
3. The present complainant is neither the consumer or the opposite party is either service provider or trader since there is no relationship of consumer and service provider/trader, the complainant cannot maintain this complaint as per provision of C.P.Act.  hence, the present complaint is not maintainable.
