  1. This is a complaint filed seeking arrears of pensionary benefit pursuant to an order issued from the office of the Accountant  General.
  2. The Honourable Supreme Court has held in its judgment in Jagmittar Sain Bhagath V/s Director, Health Services, Haryana and Ors reported in AIR 2013 SC 3060 that service matters and matters arising therefrom will not fall within the ambit and purview of Consumer Protection Act and any order passed pursuant to a complaint seeking a relief raising out of service related matters will be a nullity in the eye of law. 
  3. In view of the aforesaid preposition of law propounded by the Honourable Supreme Court of India, this complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.

Pronounced in open court on this the 16th  day of November, 2021.
