MR. PRAVAT KUMAR PADHI, PRESIDENT:-                   

            Complainant has filed this C.C.Case through E-Filing seeking refund of Rs. 5,500/-. The Op has filed written version stating therein that Rs. 5,500/- plus Rs. 500/- towards penalty in toto Rs. 6,000/- has been credited to the A/C of the Complainant.

            Complainant further submitted that after failure of transaction he has tried several times but the amount was not released from the ATM, on the otherhand Rs. 23/- has been deducted for each transaction.

          We therefore direct the Op to refund the deducted amount during dt. 11.01.2023 to 21.01.2023 within a period of 45 days to the A/C of the Complainant. Failing which the Op shall be liable to pay Rs. 500/- towards fine to the Complainant. The present C.C.Case is allowed and accordingly disposed off.                                                         

                      Issue extract of the order to the parties for compliance.
