2.       Canara Bank, Main Branch, Sector-12, through its Divisional Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Shri Zorawar Singh, counsel for OPs.

 

         

                    Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant. No evidence on behalf of complainant is present. However, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP/bank, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
