Appeal No. 1219/2015 Anees Ahmad Vs Canara Bank

None for the appellant.

The appeal is pending since 14.10.2015.  By order dated 13.04.2016 notice was directed to be issued to respondents.  Notices issued to respondent no. 3 and 4 were received back with endorsement that address of the said respondents was not correct and the respondents are not living at the given address.  On 15.07.2016 appellant was directed to furnish correct address and process fee for notices to respondents.  Notice was also directed to be issued to respondent no.2 but no PF has been furnished.  On 21.09.2016 and 25.11.2016 opportunities were granted for furnishing correct address of respondents and PF but the orders were not complied with.  The cost of Rs.500/- was also imposed which was also not deposited.

None appeared on 03.05.2017. None is present today.  No correct address and PF has been furnished.  It appears that appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is therefore dismissed for want of prosecution.
