Office report seen. Sh.APS Pathania, Advocate filed Power of Attorney on behalf of OP's No.1 to 4. Further Sh.GPS Rana, Advocate filed Power of Attorney on behalf of Opposite Party No.5.

Today Statement of Sh.Ajay Kumar, Complainant along with Counsel Sh.Gurcharan Singh, Advocate recorded that he has effected the compromise with the Opposite Parties No.3 & 4 and as per the compromise, he has received the entire amount of the Cheque in question, which is the subject matter of the present case before this Hon'ble Commission. As per the compromise as Ex.C-1, he will be bound to withdraw his all the litigation, Cases and Complaints before the Police Authorities and the Bank Authorities. He recognize my thumb impression and Signatures on Ex.C-1, which has been voluntarily exhibited. Since he has received the Demand Draft bearing No.326140 dated 20.05.2021 for Rs.1,02,700/- and another Demand Draft bearing No.143322 dated 24.05.2021 for Rs.1,00,000/-, both the Demand Drafts drawn in his favour. The copy of the Demand Drafts are Ex.C-2 & Ex.C-3. As such, he withdraw his present case, subject to the encashment of the above demand drafts.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in Person as well as his Counsel, the present complaint is withdrawn after having been compromised, subject to the encashment of the above demand drafts. File be consigned to the record room.
