ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under: 1. Complainant is at liberty to receive from this Forum, the original three documents, that is, memo of Indian Bank, the torn cheque leaf and the loose cheque leaf within a period of one month, failing which the same should be returned to the O.P. 2. O.P.1 is directed to pay damages of Rs.500/- with cost of Rs.200/- to the complainant within one month from the date of receipt of this order by Banker's cheque to be sent by RPAD. 3. The complainant is at liberty to approach the proper Civil or Criminal Court or compitent authority for redressal of her grievance, and such authority may consider the period spent by the complainant before this Forum from 21-07-2003 till the date of this order on the point of limitation. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
