It appears that RP/1952 of 2012 has been disposed of on 23/10/2017 by the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi affirming the final order passed in FA/145/2011 by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, West Bengal.

Since October,2017 the Decree holder has not taken any steps in this case.

It seems that the Decree holder is not interested to proceed with the case any further.

Hence, it is
