Memo on behalf of OP No.1 has been filed.

                   The parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the OP NO.1 has paid Rs.3000/- to the counsel for the complainant.    In this view of the matter the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint. In this regard he has appended a note on the complaint itself.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
