ORDER

Today, learned counsel for the OPs No. 1 & 2 has made a statement that he will pay the amount of Rs.3000/- to the complainant within a month. He further stated that if he does not pay the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, the complainant shall be at liberty to file execution application against him.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he is agree with the statement made by the Ops No. 1 & 2  and he withdraws the present complaint while reserving his right to file a execution application.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to file execution petition against the OPs for non-complying the above said Order by the OPs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
