Arguments heard of Ld. Adv. on behalf of the Complainant and on behalf of the  Opponent No. 2 on the point of delay.  As per the contents of the delay application, the Complainant is widow and illiterate and she was not knowing the Law but she has submitted her claim to the concerned Talathi.  Therefore, we found that there is a justified reason to condone the delay.  Hence, delay is condoned, application is disposed off.

          Complaint is admitted.  Today, the Ld. Adv. for the Opponent No. 2 has filed written statement on record.
