          This appeal is coming on before us for hearing today, this commission made the following order in open court :

          Both present. Today when the matter taken up for consideration, joint compromise memo filed by the appellant and respondent and represented that the matter has been settled between the parties, the appellant has   also issued Indemnity Bond for Rs.75,00,000/- to the respondent and the appellant bank will execute document of discharge of mortgage and handover to the respondent, the certified copy No.2771/2014 of the registered sale deed dated 17.11.2004 Doc.No. 5833 of 2004 and the original CSR.No.551/2018 dated 15.8.2018. Memo recorded.

          In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as settled out of commission. Memo shall form part of the order.

          Registry is directed to discharge the mandatory deposit along with accrued interest to the appellant.
