Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant as a last chance.

The O.P. files hazira through the Ld. Advocate. No show cause filed by the complainant. Even no step taken by the complainant. None appeared on behalf of the complainant on repeated calls. No evidence has yet been adduced by the complainant. The cost of Rs.200/- has also not been deposited by the complainant.

Under the above facts and circumstances, we have no other alternative but to dismiss the case.

that this case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
