Order dt.13/07/1995 Both the counsels present. Heard. There is no provision under the consumer Protection Act,1986 to reveiw the order of this Forum and to set aside the exparte order. The petition has to go in appeal before the State Commssion. Hence, this application is not maintainable and therefore dismissed as not maintainable.
