Complainant absent. Attendance on behalf of the OP has been filed. Learned advocate for the OP submitted that the matter has been settled with condition that the amount due should be paid by the OP to the complainant with 6% interest. Accordingly the calculation chart has been filed by the OP which appears to be correct hence the present complaint is allowed with direction to the OP to pay sum of Rs. 15,700 only within 60days from the date of this order. Accordingly present case stands dispose off. Let a copy of this order be served to learned advocate for both the parties as per rule.
