Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the impugned order, passed by the State Commission, dismissing the Appeal preferred by the Petitioner. 

On the basis of material available on record, including the evidence adduced by the parties, the State Commission has rightly confirmed the order passed by the District Forum, whereby the District Forum had partly allowed the Complaint preferred by Respondent No.1/Complainant and issued certain directions to Opposite Parties No. 1 and 2, including the Petitioner herein.

We do not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned order.

The Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed.
