 The instant execution application is for realization to the tune of Rs. 30000/- for the benefit of the Family Planning Insurance Scheme. The instant execution application is for compliance of the order passed on 29.04.2014 in CC/117/2013.

 The D.hr has received the awarded amount of Rs. 30000/- in full. We find that the Jdr has made payment of the awarded amount in full and the order of this Forum has fully been complied with.. So, we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application with full satisfaction.

Hence,

that the Execution Application No. EA/06/2015 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.

 Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld.
