                    OP No.2 has not produced any evidence and none has appeared on behalf of complainant and the OP No. 1.

                     As per perusal of record, the complainant has not appeared before this Commission at various dates i.e. on dated 23.4.2021, 5,3,2021, 10.12.2020, 16.10.2020,  20.8.2020, 9.7.2020, 6.1.2020, 26.7.2019, 22.10.2019, 26.11.2019, 22.4.2019 & 10.6.2019. Hence, it is apparent that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint.

                     Today also, the case has been called several times since morning but neither the complainant nor any other person on his behalf has appeared.  It is already 3.40 pm.  Further wait is not justified. Since none has appeared on behalf of the complainant, there left no other option for the Commission except to dismiss the present complaint in default.   Accordingly, the present complaint stands dismissed in default for non-presence of the complainant. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly.

                File be consigned after due compliance.
