Order

                     Opposite party No.1 & 2 are directed to return Rs. 12000/- and Rs. 500/- respectively to the complainant alongwith interest @ Rs. 18% p.a. from 14.1.94 till its realisation.  The opposite party No; 1 is also directed to pay Rs. 3000/- and opposite party No. 2 to pay Rs. 1000/- as compensation to the complainant for mental torture and agony.  Opposite party No. 1 & 2 further directed to pay jointly or severally Rs. 1000/- to the complainant as cost of the proceedings.  Opposite parties No. 1 & 2 are further directed to pay the above mentioned total amount to the complainant within a period of 45 days from the date of passing of the  order failing which the complainant would be edntitled to recover the same alongwit interest @ Rs. 18% p.a. from the date of passing of tghe order till its realisation.
