Heard counsel for the petitioner. 

In a very well written judgment of the State Commission, all relevant aspects have been taken into consideration including the FIR, report of Electrical Inspector, report of Assistant Engineer of Electricity Board dated 23.11.2005, as well as the fact that Shri K.P. Banchhore who had in fact, diverted the electric line was not made a party in this case.  The State Commission has come to the conclusion that there has been no deficiency on the part of the opposite parties/respondents.

In view of the above, we do not find that any case has been made out for interference in the exercise of revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as we do not find any jurisdictional error, illegality or material irregularity in the order of the State Commission.  The revision is, accordingly, dismissed with no order as to cost.
