Today is fixed for hearing on admissibility of teh complaint. Ld. adv Sri Debesh Halder , who has filed vakalatnama for the complainant , is present . a petition is filed for the complainant with the prayer of permission to withdraw teh complaint case with liberty  to file afresh on the ground stated therein.

Perused the petition, aforesaid. Heard. Considered. Prayer of the complainant is allowed. Accordingly , the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint with liberty to file a fresh  complaint on teh same cause of action if so advised and if not otherwise barred by law.
