Complainant side is absent without any steps.

     Today date was fixed for submission of evidence in chief on affidavit.

     Perused the case record.

     On perusal of the case record it reveals that the complainant side on various dates i.e. on 24/05/2023,22/06/2023,19/07/2023 took several adjournemnts seeking time for filling evidence in chief on affidavit. Accordingly, vide order dated 16/08/2023 complainant was given last chance by fixing 13/09/22023 to file his evidence in chief on affidavit. Thereafter, on 13/09/2023 complainant side again took adjournment, which is allowed by this commission but, thereafter, on 09/11/2023 complainant side remained absent without any steps and today also complainant side is absent without any steps.

    In view of above, as the complainant side failed to took necessary steps to file evidence in chief despite giving sufficient oppurtunities to him, this complaint petition stand dismissed.
