This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction  to refund the amount of Rs.10,000/- being the advance paid for booking of Swift Diesel VDI and Rs.1,10,000/- for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.

          Complainant counsel made endorsement.  In view of the endorsement  Full satisfaction recorded and the complaint is dismissed as settled out of this Forum.    No cost.
