                                      JUDGMENT

JUSTICE SHRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU: PRESIDENT

The appellants are the opposite parties in EA.213/09 in OP.1325/04 in the file of CDRF, Thrissur.
          2. The appellants’ grievance is that in the EP filed by the petitioner/complainant, the CDRF has issued warrant against the Managing Director of the Water Authority without giving  time to file objections  and without disposing of the matter after hearing the appellants. It is the contention of the appellants they have only complied with the order in the OP.1325/04.
3. In the circumstances, the warrant if any issued will be with held for the time being. The Forum is directed to permit the opposite parties to file objection in the EA and dispose of the same on merits and only then issue coercive proceedings against the opposite parties. The opposite parties are also directed not to disconnect the water supply of the complainant till the EA is disposed of.
Office is directed to forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
