Received by post on 25/04/2022 a prayer from complainant that the matter has been settled with the O.P. and he wants to withdraw the case on that ground and in support of settlement e-mail from the O.P. has been furnished along with the prayer.

The case is at the stage of admission hearing and no further proceedings could not be drawn due to cease work by the local bar association. This is an online complaint and considering the prayer of the complainant the case stands withdrawn for non-prosecution.

The case is accordingly disposed of.

The complainant may communicate this order to the O.P. if necessary.
