Final Order / Judgement | Order no. 1, dt. 13.05.2023. This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly. Both the parties and their ld. Lawyers are found present. Ld. Advocate for op-3 appeared by filing fresh v.nama and also has filed full and final settlement copy. As per submission of the ld. Advocate of the both sides the disputes involved in this case have amicably settled and for that reason the complainant is intending to withdraw this case and in this respect one verified certified petition has been filed wherein the signature of the complainant has been properly authenticated by the ld. Advocate of the complainant. From the withdraw petition and the documents which is filed relating to the full and final settlement it appears that the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and so the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case. As the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case, ld judges of the Lok Adalat is of the view that this case can be disposed of as it is withdrawn. In the result it is accordingly, ORDERED That this case be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn. Let the withdraw petition which is filed in this case be made a part of this order.
