Present complainant in person and filed copy of e-mail dated 29.11.2019 from OP and submitted that a settlement with OP has been arrived and towards settlement OP has refunded down payment of Rs.2,000/- and Loan of Rs.50,000/- has been cancelled with respect to Capital First Float Loan with App ID 577319. The complainant stated that he is fully satisfied and no other grievance is left.

In view of the above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
