This case record has been placed before the ld. Judges of National Lok Adalat which is held on this day at the court room of D.C.D.R.C., Hooghly.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant side is present and found ready.

As per submission of the ld. Advocate of the complainant side the disputes involved in this case have been amicably settled and for that reason the complainant is voluntarily withdrawing this case.  The op has not yet appeared.

On close examination of the withdraw petition which is filed by the complainant it appears that the said petition is duly verified and the terms and conditions of the said withdraw petition are found satisfactory and so it can be accepted.

Ld. Judges are of the view that this case can be disposed of as it is withdrawn by the complainant voluntarily.

In the result it is accordingly,

                                                            ORDERED

That this complaint case being no.252 of 2022 be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.  Let the withdraw petition be made a part of this order.

Let a  certified true  copy of this order be handed over to the parties of this case at free of cost immediately.
