FINAL ORDER / JUDGEMENT

The complainant has filed a petition along with track consignment report and e-mail messages stating refund of Rs.5,000/- and cancellation of EMI debit process by the O.P. in respect of online education programme of his school going child Diganta Dhibar Register Phone  No.7586043166 in terms of the earlier Interim Order dated: 25-08-2022. The complainant has no further grievances to proceed against the O.P.

Perused the petition and the enclosures wherefrom it is clear that the interim order dated: 25-08-2022 passed by this Commission has duly been complied with and there is nothing to proceed against the O.P. by issuing any notice upon them.

Hence, it is ordered

that the case is disposed of in the light of above observation.
