Final Order / Judgement

          Sh.Mathew Thomos, Adv. counsel for Opposite Parties no.1 to 3 has come present and made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

“Stated that our company is ready to pay an amount of Rs.28,000/- except the already paid principle amount. Rs.28,000/- will be paid within fifteen days from today to the complainant in case of failure, to pay the said amount in the stipulated time then company will further pay Rs.5,000/- more to the complainant. However, action under provision of Consumer Protection Act shall be taken against us in that scenario. The said amount of Rs.28,000/- shall be credited by the company in the same account of the complainant in which the principle amount was credited.”

On the other hand, ld counsel for the complainant has made a following separate statement before this Commission:-

“Stated that I have heard the statement of Sh.Mathew Thomos, Adv. counsel for Opposite Parties no.1 to 3 and agree with the same and in lieu of that statement I withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file separate complaint against Opposite Party no.5 i.e. HDFC Bank with regard to action arose during the pendency of this complaint.”

In view of statement made by ld. counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. Liberty is been granted as per law. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of costs. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
