Heard. Respondents no.1 & 2 were ordered to be proceeded against ex-parte vide order dated 24.1.2024. It is well settled principle of law the party who has been ordered to be proceeded against ex-parte the court or quasi judicial authority without getting the set aside the ex-parte proceedings can divine the further proceedings prior to final decision at any stage and permitted to join further proceedings and application is accepted.
However, counsel for the complainant suffered statement to withdraw the present complaint. In view of the statement of the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. File be consigned to the records.
