Complainant had moved an application before this Commission dated 26.11.2020 for withdrawal of the present complaint as the matter had been amicably settled with the OP for a sum of Rs.57,000/-. Perusal of the file shows that none appeared on behalf of the complainant since 30.03.2020.

        In view of the above, we are of the considered view that the complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint. The same is hereby dismissed.
