Final Order / Judgement

Both the parties and their lawyers are present before the Lok Adalat presided over by Sri. Asish Deb, President, Sri Saurav Chandra, Member and Smt. Kabita Goswami(Acharya), Member.

After hearing both sides it is settled that the OP has paid Rs 10000/- to the complainant as towards one time settlement of the claim of the complainant. The Complainant has got no other claim against the OPs.

Thus the case stands disposed of.
