     Vide his separate statement recorded on 23.07.2024, Sh.Hitender Kansal, Counsel for Complainants has stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and under the instructions of complainants, he withdraw the present consumer complaint being fully satisfied and prayed that it be disposed of in Upbhokta Lok Adalat. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainants, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
