ORDER

                     Vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of OP-2.  Sh. Vivek Sethi, counsel for the OP -2 has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   The OP-2 offer to pay a sum of Rs.4,500/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of the dispute. The amount will be paid within 30 days from today. 

                   Sh. Ravi Kumar, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   I accept the offer.  I withdraw this complaint.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP-2 shall pay a sum of Rs.4500/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.17.11.2016, failing which the OP-2 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
