Vide order dated 16.08.2012 passed by this Commission, the revision petition was partly allowed with cost of Rs.10,000/-. Respondent was directed to comply with the order dated 16.8.2012 within four weeks, which the respondent has failed to do so. On the last date of hearing, respondent filed an application seeking extension of time till 4.11.2012, for compliance of order dated 16.8.2012. As per office report, respondent has not deposited the cost. Under these circumstances, District Forum concerned is directed to recover the cost from the respondent in terms of order dated 16.8.2012 in accordance with law and send its compliance report within four weeks, thereafter.
