Per  Hon’ble President  Mr. Sachin  Shimpi -

        The Complainant has filed this execution application under Section 27 of Consumer Protection Act 1986  In execution  of Order IN CC No 360 Of 1995.   The Original Complaint was dismissed by the District Commission on Dated  22/03/2002 the Complainant has  preferred  an Appeal at Hon’ble State Commission Circuit Bench Nagpur and Appeal was allowed on 19/12/2012.  The Complainant and his Advocate are remained absent since 25/10/2019.  This Commission  has issued letter to the complainant for appearance. But said Letter Was returned with remark “ Complainant Expired”  The complainant’s legal heirs not appeared before this commission to proceed further Hence the Execution Petition was kept for Dismissal Order On 01/07/2024 today also Advocate of Complainant is absent hence this execution proceeding dispose of accordingly and Accused discharged.
