The Ld. Advocate of the Complainant who has filed the MA is present, but none appears on behalf of the OP.

For an order restraining the OPs from transferring the flat in question, the aforesaid application has been filed.

The subject matter of the case is the aforesaid flat.

The OPs will abstain from transferring or alienate the said flat till disposal of this case.

The MA 53/2020 is thus disposed of.
