None has appeared on behalf of any of the party inspite of several calls.

It is also pertinent to note that the revisionist was directed to take fresh steps for issuance of notice against the opposite party within a week, but inspite of the above order, the compliance was not made by the revisionist and the notice was not sent to the opposite party and the steps for notice on opposite party has not been taken till today. 

It appears that the revisionist is not interested to contest the revision petition, hence in such circumstances the revision petition is liable to be dismissed and the stay order dated 24.07.2019 shall stand as vacated.

                       The revision petition shall stand as dismissed.  No order as to costs. File be consigned to the record room.
