Fixed for ex-parte order.  At this stage the Complainant files with a petition praying for amendment of cause title.  Let the petition be registered as Misc Case No.- 01/2019.  The O.P. did not appear in the case.  The petition is taken up for hearing.  The Complainant stated that the notice sent by this Forum to the given address of the O.P. has been returned unserved and thereafter as per the direction of the Forum the summon upon the O.P. has been served through substitute method of paper publication.   But the O.P. did not appear before this Forum and the case has been heard ex-parte.  But at present the Complainant has collected the present address of the O.P. and prays for amendment of the cause title with this present address of the O.P. for the interest of the justice.

Heard, considered and allowed the petition of the Complainant.  Amend the plaint. 

Thus the Mise. Case No.-01/2019 be and the same is disposed of.

The Complainant  is directed to file the requisites as soon as possible. Issue the notice accordingly.
