O R D E R

Per Sri A. Hazarath Rao, President:-

          Complainant  present.   OP2 filed memo to the following effect:

          “It is submitted that the matter is posted for hearing today and mean while between the intervention of elders, the matter is settled out of court and the complainant agreed for the same to receive an amount of Rs.40,000/- from the 2^nd opposite party and accordingly the 2^nd opposite party paying Rs.40,000/- by way of cheque bearing No.330813 dated                    03-10-2011 drawn on HDFC Bank Limited, Guntur in favour of the complainant (i.e., Yerrakula Aruna) on today i.e., 10-10-2011 before this Hon’ble Court.

          Hence this opposite party prays the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to record the full satisfaction in the aforesaid case and to dismiss the complaint without costs and to pass such other necessary order in the interest of justice”.

          On the said memo the complainant signed endorsing the receipt of cheque for Rs.40,000/-.   The memo was also signed by the counsel for the complainant.   In view of the said memo the case is dismissed as settled out of Forum.   No costs.
