Sh. Ravinder Pal Singh SDO BSNL Tarn Taran i.e. opposite party No. 1 appeared and made the following statement:-

Stated that I hereby given undertaking that in future the connection in question and internet of this office will run smoothly without any interruption.

          Sh. Navdeep Sood opposite party No. 2 appeared and made the following statement:-

Stated that I hereby giving undertaking that I will attend the core network qua connection in question and I hereby giving undertaking that in future there will not be any problem in smooth running of internet facility to the office of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Tarn Taran

On the above said statements, the complainant has made the following statement:-

Stated that I have heard the statements of the opposite parties and I do not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The opposite parties are directed to remain bound by their statements. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
