The forum has dismissed the complaint with a cryptic order directing him to seek the arbitration procedure. Nothing is decypharable from the order of the Forum. The appellant/complainant has represented that the matter related for refunding of the amount expended for recharge coupon which was purchased from the second opposite party. We find that the order is not a considered one. Hence the same is set aside. The case is remitted back to the Forum. The Forum is directed to hear the parties and dispose of the matter by a considered order. The case stands posted before the Forum on 22.4.2010.
