Both parties present. Complainant report this Forum that the matter had been amicably settled outside the court and satisfied. Opposite Party submitted a petition stating that the case is settled and agreed that the Complainant would pay an amount of Rs 14,000/- in two instalments i.e the first instalmentpaid on 07/01/2015 and second instalment to be paid on 07/02/2015 and agreed by the Complainant. Hence Complainant prays for disposal of the case. Case disposed off accordingly.
