ORDER

Judgment and Order:

SDO (T) Pasighat present. Petitioner Shri Edi Eshi absent without furnishing any reason. In the meantime SDO(T) submitted a written statement stating that the telephone concerning to this case has been already installed. In view of this statement filed by the SDO(T) and that the telephone has already been installed, we feel that there is no ground to proceed further this case and the absence of petitioner is construed as his losing interest in further proceeding of this case as the very purpose of this petition against the telephone Deptt. is fulfilled.
