ORDER

Judgment and Order:

Joint Petition filed by complainant, Shri Apel Tayeng and the telecommunication Department. Opposite party, praying to compromise the dispute between them as per terms seen. The terms and condition of both the parties for compromising the dispute as per clause-3, sub-clause-i,ii,ii,iv and v perused.

            Since there is no objection from both the sides in settling the dispute between them and desired to compromise, the court does not have any objection to it. Accordingly the complainant will implement provisions under clause-3, sub-clause i and ii and the telecommunication department, opposite party will implement sub-clause iii,iv and immediately. The action taken by both parties should be intimated within 2 days. With this, the dispute between the parties to the proceeding stands compromised as per terms and conditions as stated above.

            Copies of this order be served to Shri Apel Tayeng, complainant and the SDO(T),Telecom Department, Pasighat, opposite party.
